When my daughter and I lived in an apartment by ourselves, I longed for expressing myself and I adored designing little moments for us. So, the solution? Curating my home to be a sacred space filled with items that felt like me… and her. We made art pieces and hung them up. I purchased items that spoke to us. And I had little parties for us. Spa or movie nights, dance parties, you name it!

We would blow out candles just because.

With the kitchen filled with treats, speakers blasting music, the floor pounding with foot steps of us dancing around… our little apartment turned into a home filled with life.
